About QUANDO:QUANDO allows you to show a YouTube Video, play a Mp3 file, a SWF Flash or a PICTURE only when you need it to be seen.
Examples:
- You need to show a video when a user enters the website. Then you don't want that video to be shown for let's say, three, ten or more visits, but then you want it to be shown again and so on. QUANDO is what you need.
- Maybe you prefer to show a picture when the user enters, but you don't want that user to see the picture for the next ten minutes, it doesn't matter if the user is logged in or not. Once more QUANDO is the solution.
- Or perhaps you just want the user to see the YouTube Video, Mp3, SWF Flash or picture, once a week. That is exactly what QUANDO can do.

If the complete url for the video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGgiavNYeFw yoiu must use ONLY the ID at the end of url: oGgiavNYeFw.
